Shipping and delivery times

We ship from our own warehouse in Wrocław, Poland, and pack orders in the order they come in. Our warehouse works on business days from 8:00 to 16:00. In most cases your order leaves us within 24 hours on a business day, though during busier periods it can take slightly longer.

Shipping methods and costs in Poland

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days once the parcel is with the carrier. You can always see the shipping cost in your cart before you pay:

• InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomat) 12,99 PLN
• InPost Courier 13,99 PLN

Orders over 180 PLN ship free.

Weekend delivery

Domestic orders between Thursday 3pm and Friday 10 am can add InPost Weekend Parcel option for additional 6,99 PLN. Your parcel then arrives at your chosen locker on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping methods and costs in Europe

Your cost depends on the zone and appears in your cart as soon as you select your country. All times below start from the day the parcel goes out to the carrier.

Zone 1 - 5,99 EUR, free shipping on orders over 50 EUR
- Czechia and Germany: 1–2 business days;
- Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia: 2–4 business days.

Zone 2 - 7,99 EUR, free shipping on orders over 60 EUR
- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, mainland Portugal, mainland Spain and the Netherlands: 2–5 business days.
- Estonia, Ireland, Malta and Slovenia: 5–9 business days.

Zone 3 - 9,99 EUR, free shipping on orders over 85 EUR
- Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland: 4–7 business days.

Zone 4 - 11,99 EUR, free shipping on orders over 120 EUR
- Cyprus, Greece, the Spanish islands and the Portuguese islands: 5–10 business days.

For Norway and Switzerland, any customs duty and import tax is settled by the carrier on delivery.
