Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This period is counted from the day you receive your shipment. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision—this can be done either by using the return option in your customer account or by sending an email request through the contact form on our website.
The return procedure offers two options. If you use your customer account, log in, select the order and products you wish to return, specify the reason for the return and add a note, then submit your return request. Once accepted, you will receive instructions regarding the return shipment. If you choose the contact form, write to us indicating your intention to withdraw from the contract and specify the products you are returning; in response, you will receive instructions for returning the goods.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. If you withdraw from the contract and return the goods, you are required to cover all costs of sending the product back to the store. If you fail to collect your shipment and it is returned to the store, you are also responsible for the cost of the return shipment—the refunded amount will be reduced by the cost of returning the shipment to the store.
Returned goods must be undamaged, clean, in their original packaging, and must show no signs of use. For hygiene reasons, breaking the product seal is considered equivalent to using the product. Returned items should be sent to Beyond Functional Food, ul. Klecińska 123 lok. 2.17 bud. ALFA, 54-413 Wrocław, no later than 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal.
A refund will be issued promptly, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal; however, the store may withhold the refund until the goods have been received. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. If the store incurs the cost of returning the goods, the refunded purchase amount will be reduced by the cost of the return shipment to the store.
Complaints
If the received goods are defective or non-compliant with the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint. To do so, please contact us by email, through the contact form on the website, or in writing to the store’s address, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and your expectations, such as replacement, repair, or a refund. If the complaint concerns damage during transport, please attach a damage report prepared with the courier.
After receiving your complaint, we will inform you of the next steps. The product under complaint should be sent to Beyond Functional Food, ul. Klecińska 123 lok. 2.17 bud. ALFA, 54-413 Wrocław. If the complaint is accepted, we will reimburse you for the reasonable costs of returning the product to the store based on the provided proof of shipping costs and cover the cost of sending a new or repaired item to you. If the complaint is rejected, you will be responsible for the cost of resending the product to you.
Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the shipment with the product under complaint. You will be informed of our decision by email or phone. If the complaint is accepted, depending on your expectations and our capabilities, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or you will receive a refund along with the justified shipping costs.
