2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the relevant GDPR provisions:

- order fulfillment, delivery of goods, and issuing invoices – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract),
- management of the Customer’s account – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- contact via the contact form – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a response),
- newsletter distribution – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent),
- analytics and statistics (e.g., Google Analytics) – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, optimization of website operation).

3. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is retained for the following periods:

• data related to order fulfillment – for 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act (Article 74(2)),
• customer account data – until the account is deleted by the user,
• data submitted via the contact form – for up to 1 year after the end of contact, in accordance with the administrator’s policy,
• data related to newsletter distribution – until consent is withdrawn,
• analytical data – until deleted by the administrator, browser, or user.

4. Data Recipients

Data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities:
IT and hosting service providers, courier companies, payment operators, accounting and consulting firms, marketing and analytics tool providers. A full list of personal data recipients is available upon request.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:
request access to your data,
rectify your data,
erase your data,
restrict processing,
data portability,
object to data processing,
withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
