After over 6 months of careful refinement of our craft, we are thrilled to introduce LUGILOJ – our inaugural tallow soap.

Its formulation is based on a two-ingredient recipe, with its remarkable effectiveness rooted in the simplicity and precision of the manual, traditional craftsmanship. The soap's name, meaning in Polish Lye & Tallow, reflects not only the simplicity of its ingredients but also the beauty and euphony of our language. Our goal is to change unfavorable associations with tallow in our native language.

LUGILOJ soap stands out with its firm consistency, ensuring durability, a light lather, and excellent cleansing and skincare properties. The high superfat level provides gentleness and preserves the skin's natural barrier. 

For soap production, we used our beef tallow and sodium hydroxide (lye), ensuring a safe skincare regimen for the face, hands, and entire body, free from toxins and common derivatives of the petrochemical industry prevalent in conventional cosmetics.

Precise craftsmanship imparts a unique character to each soap bar, its scent, as with traditional soap, is natural.

Ingredients (INCI): Sodium Tallowate, Glycerin.

Through the saponification of fat, the combination of tallow and lye produces sodium tallowate and natural glycerin, known for its moisturizing and nurturing properties. Sodium tallowate retains the characteristics of the base fat, cleanses, and gives structure to the soap bar.

Caution is advised to avoid contact with eyes, wounds, scratches, or other skin damage, as per the nature of the soap, it may cause discomfort.

Each soap bar, after maturation period, is manually trimmed to remove sharp edges and corners. Only those bars weighing over 70 g are packed in paper pouches and labeled.
